MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
Sir,—There is an idea prevailing among many of the electors that it is essential to vote for 21 candidates at tlio City Council elections. This is entirely erroneous, as a vote for ony or rncro candidates is valid, as long as not more than 21 are voted lor. KateI'AXER.
