TIMBER TRADE STRIKE.

COURT GRANTS INJUNCTION. MEN MUST RESUME WORK. (Received April 21. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. April 24. In the Commonwealth Arbitration Court Mr. Justice Lukin granted the application of the timber merchants for an injunction against the alleged timber trade strikers. The Judge said the facts of the case admitted of no doubt. There was strike against the award. The mandamus orders the strikers, to return to work under the conditions of order of the Full Court,.which provides for a 48 hours' week. If (hey disobey they will be cited again and will be liable (o fines of £IOO or three months' imprisonment. The men are given until Friday to comply with the mandamus.
