PARISH OF ST. THOMAS'.
NEW VICAR ARRIVES.
The new vicar of St. Thomas', Union Street, the Rev. A. R. Allerton, formerly of St. Andrew's parish, Rumford, Essex, arrived by the Rotorua from England yesterday. Ho was met on arrival by Archbishop Averill and Archdeacon Simkin. The induction will take place at the church this evening. The annual meeting of parishioners will be held in the parish hall on May 6.
