ARRESTS IN SYDNEY.
NEW ZEALANDERS CHARGED. RETURNED TO DOMINION. (Received April 19. 5.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 19. Ricarde de Silva, or Daniel Sullivan, and Douglas Slater, both New Zealanders, who were arrested here on provisional warrants, de Silva on a charge of forgery and Slater on a charge of the theft of £43, were to-day ordered to be returned to the Dominion.
