A house of 11 rooms on a leasehold section at the corner of Lower Symends Street and O'Rorko Street, offered at auction by C. F. Bennett, Limited, yesterday, was .passed in, after keen bidding, at £2425 The property was immediately afterwards sold for £2500. A property of 22 acres with six-roomed dwelling at Favona Park estate, Mangere, failed to reach the reserve of £IO,OOO.
