SEVENTY YEARS WED.
INTERESTING ruby wedding. Mr. and Mrs. it. C. Day, of Abergavenny. celebrated their ' Ruby Wedding " on Februry 9. having been married at Oxford 70 years ago. Mr. Day is 90 and his wife 83. They have had 16 children, only four of whom are now alive. Mr. I):iy went to Abergavenny 60 years ago lis a coachman in the service of Captain Hill, High Sheriff of Monmbuthshire. Ho later entered the railway service at Albergavenny and retired in 1908.
