Sir, —By tho deletion of portion of tho title of the lay-out plan of the Panmuro basin, published by you yesterday, I regret that tho name of Mr. Brindsen, who collaborated with rne in the work, did not appear. It would therefore seem that the plan was entirely my work, which is not the case; Mr. Brindsen being equally responsible for,its preparation. E. V. Blake.
