A DELICIOUS JAM RECIPE. Rub the quinces clean. Just cover with water and boil till tender. Take out and remove tho cores, put tho cores back ii\ the water and boil for half-an-hour. Strain and measure. Allow lib. of sugar to every quart of liquid, and also Ilk of sugar to every lb. of the pulp. Boil all together till of a good colour.
