The combined meeting of Te Aroha men's and women's hockey cluhs was held this week, wlien it. was decided to extend the cluhs' activities over the coming season The report states that the women's team had won the challenge shield and that good play had been registered by the men's team, which won the Piako Association shield The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Mr. R. I MQRRIXSVILLE, Friday At the annual meeting of the Morrinsville Hockey Cluh the balance-sheet showed a credit of C 6 16s 9d. The election of officers resulted:—Patron, Mr. G. A number of new members were elected, and it was stated there was a possibility of (wo teams entering the competition this season.
