Celebrations to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Franco-British entente cordiale were started at Cannes to-day. The Duke of Connaught represented King George. Prominent Frenchmen also were present.

FRENCH RATIFICATION. ACTION BY THE SENATE. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. PARIS, March 23. The French Senate to-day unanimously ratified the Kellogg anti-war pact.
