AKARANA CLUB'S MEETING.
Tho anpn.il football meeting of the Akarana Leaguo Football Chili waa held in the uresenco of a large number of memb?r.<. Mr. Ninkio presiding. The balance-sheet showed tho club to possess cash and assets totalling £37 tis 3d Comment was passed by the chairman on the suceess of tho club, and also on its progressive spirit. Ho mentioned that tho amount of CIO had been spent during i!s three mn nt' existence, and that, each year Ihe club bad sent a. team on tour. T,a~r year Ibo club had undertaken a tour tn Chrisicburch.
