A most enjoyable dance vas given by ihe Misses K. and W. Wallace, of Fairview, Te Awamutu, for their guests, Miss H. Comrie, of Auckland, and Miss D. Illstou, of Marton. Among those present were Dr. and Mrs. Blundell, Mr. and Mrs. McGregor, Misses Osborne (Otorohanga), M. Quin, H. Civil, B. Lord, A. Lees, F. Merlet, H. Focke, W. Lamb (Auckland), L. Gray, K. Woolly, D. Maudeno (Dunedra), A. Houston, Messrs. W. McGivern, P. Quin, C. Corboy, D. Stewart, W. Bust (Waipawa), B. Hague, D. Cairns H. Focke, IL Armstrong, J. Coyne, D. Lord, R. Callis, N. Cairns, J. Thompson, I. Moody, L. May. On Tuesday evening Mrs. W. Jeffrey, of Te Awamutu, gave a bridge party for her guest, Miss A. Willis, of Auckland. There were present, Misses S. McCarrol M. Jones. R. Lord. K. Wallace, J- Eliot, D. Welham, L. Bray. Mr. and Mrs. A. Wallace, of Te Awamutu, are visiting Botorua. Miss M. Lamb, of Auckland, is visiting Dr. and Mrs. C. F. Blundell, of Te Awamutu.,
