Heliers Bowling Club between A. Smith nnd L. Russell (Remuera), and R. Dawson nnd T. Price (St. Heliers). resulted in tho latter team winning by 19 to 10.

HARDLEY CUP MATCH. RESULTS AT HAMILTON. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] HAMILTON. Wednesday. Eight, rinks representing the Auckland Bowling Centre played in the second series of games for the Hardley Shield against South Auckland on the Hamilton Club's creens to-day. There were also six rinks of New douth Wales players occupied in tames against tinks drawn from South Auckland clubs ■ Mr. S. R. James, president of the South Auckland Centre, extended a welcome to the visiting bowlers. Showery weather interfered with play during the afternoon At the conclusion of the morning's play the totals in the Hardley Shield games were equal, the figures being Auckland. i games, 166 points; South Auckland. 4 feames, 166 points The totals at the conclusion of the day's play were:—Auckland, 7i games. 322 points; South Auckland. 81 games, 320 points. In the competition wijh Australian visitors the results were:—New South
