OPERATIONS AT KAITAIA.
FIGURES SHOW INCREASE.

The pay out of the Kaitaia Dairy Company at Is 3£d per lb. for finest last month was £17,675, against £14,577 for December, 1927, when the price was the same. The total distribution for the season is £56,122, compared with £45,841 for the corresponding period of the previous season.
WHANGAROA FACTORY.
INCREASE IN OUTPUT,

The output of butter by tho Whangaroa Dairy Company for December showed an increase of nearly tons over the same month last season. The payout was at tho rate of Is 4jd per lb. for finest, and Is 4d for first grade. Several weeks of continued fine weather are having their effect on the hill country. An abundance of feed is reported and cows continue to yield well.
THE KAKEPUKU COMPANY
PAYMENTS TO SUPPLIERS,
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday. The Kakepukn Co-operative Dairy Company, which operates a cheese factory about five miles from Te Awamutu, paid out Is 6d per lb. for the December supply of butter-fat. Tho total payment was £IBB7, as compared with £1923 for_ December, 1927. So far this season the Kakepuku Company's butter-fat payments have totalled £7807.
