ABSOLUTE DICTATORSHIP. ELECTORAL LAWS ABOLISHED. Australian and X.Z. Press Association. BERLIN, Jan. 15. It is reported from Belgrade that the dictatorship in Yugoslavia is becoming more absolute, -ill the electoral laws have been abolished. Two of the leading newspapers at Zagreb have been confiscated three times for criticising the dictatorship, and have now ceased publication.
