SERIOUS BLENHEIM FIRE.
FURNITURE FACTORY BURNED BRIGADE'S HOPELESS FIGHT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] BLENHEIM. Friday. Mr. J. J. Wensley's furniture factory, a brick building in High Street, was gutted by fire at 2.30 this morning. When discovered the flames had a strong hold throughout tho building, and tho brigade had no chance of saving either the building or its contents, which were a total loss. A house adjoining was slightly damaged. Tho damage is estimated at over £6OOO. Insurances total £3OOO, and are as follows:—Building, £1500; machinery, £750; stock, £750. All are held in the Liverpool and London and Globe Office.
