OPENING OF TYNE BRIDGE. GRAMOPHONE RECORD MADE. Australian Press Association—United Service LONDON, Dec. 21. King George, has granted permission for the private circulation of the gramophone record of His Majesty s last utterance before his illness, which was made at tho opening of the Tyne bridge at Newcastle.
