ANZAC AVENUE STRUCTURE.
A new building for Motor' Specialties, Limited, in is course of construction in Anzac Avenue. The structure, which will be of ferro-concrete, is being built by C. A. Leo, Limited, and will be three storeys high fronting Anzac Avenue, and five storeys, high at tho back. The contact price is in tho neighbourhood ofȣ10,000. Tho building will have an ornamental front, finished in brass. The premises at present occupind by Motor Specialties, Limited, in Etnily Placo, were recently purchased by the Native Land Department,
