AUCKLAND ACCIDENTS.

CYCLE AND TRUCK COLLIDE.

Head injuries were sustained by P. J. Gutterbiol, aged 17, of 973, Dominion Road, Mount Roskill, when his motorcycle collided with a motor truck at the intersection of Onslow and Dominion Roads early yusterday morning. Gutterbiel was thrown heavily, and was later admitted to tho Auckland Hospital. His condition was reported to be comfortable last evening. The truck, which is owned bf Mr. W. E. Lewisham, was driven by Mr. F. Blackmore, of Edendale Road. Severe injuries were sustained by Mr. George Mills, a painter, aged 66, of 68, Cook Street, City, through being knocked down by a motor-car early yesterday afternoon. He was later taken to the hospital, where his condition was reported to bo comfortable at a late hour last evening.
