A leather suitcase was presented to Ml'. |1- W- S. Davies, tejegraph visjer qt Hamilton, by members of fh« Hamilton post Office staff prior to Mr. Davies' departure, on promotion, as telegraph supervisor at Wpllington. 'J hp chief postmaster, f. C. A. mado the presentation, and described Jwr. Dplvies as a courteous, popular and highly efficient officer, who would be much npssed ii) PM'°r SRPf l !?P! !S ra: ferred to Air. Davies in similar strain and congratulated him on his promotion.
