SIR FREDERICK SYKES.
DEPARTURE FOR INDIA. British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 02. Major-General Sir Frederick Sykes, the Governor-designate of Bombay, and Lady Sykes, have left England for India. Sir Frederick will tako over his post from the retiring Governor, Sir Leslie Wilson, on December 8.
