DESIGN OF PLANE'S ENGINE. WINNER OF SCHNEIDER CUP. British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 22. The gold medal of the Institution cf Automobile Engineers was last evening presented to Captain G. S. Wilkinson, the brilliant designer of tho Napier-Lion engine used in tho seaplane which won he Schneider Cup.
