DEBENTURES A Gilt-Edged Investment We consider this Investment one of the BEST Securities that has been submitted by our Corporation to the Public. i It comprises a FIRST Mortgage over valuable Auckland City Property equal to the amount of the Issue. It is further secured over Plant, Machinery, Stocks, etc;, valued at more than the total amount of the Issue. The cover of assets against the Debenture Issue is equal to £2/5/- FOR EVERY £l, and, in addition, it is fully guaranteed by a strong New Zealand Company with a paid-up Capital of £IOO,OOO, and whose net assets are far above the amount of their Capital.
