Mr. Patrick McGilligan, the Free Stato Minister foi- External Affairs, announced in tho Dail that it was proposed to establish not merely trade representation, but Embassies in Paris and Berlin. This policy was to maintain a position of co-equality (is expressed at tho last Imperial Confcrcnco and to got rid of forms which, in tho case of .some of the Dominions, did not correspond with that expression.
