RAILWAY ENTERPRISE. NECESSARY POWERS SOUGHT. Australian and N.Z. Piess Association. (Received November 7, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 6. The Evening Standard predicts that there will be speedy developments in connection with tho conversion of the vast railway plants throughout Britain to the production of airplanes in the event of the railway companies being granted the air powers sought. Parliament is to be asked for these forthwith.
