Thc engineer's report stated that 2.33 poles wero erected (luring tho month, making a total for tho main lines of 4383. A total of 777 miles of wire had been erected, equivalent, to 179 route miles. A large proportion of the service linos in the Hnnfitniki area were now completed and a supply given to the Matata township.
The Onntiki change over would no completed this month, when Messrs. Letts Pros', plant would he closed down. Tho result of the canvass showed the amount guaranteed as £17.629 10s, and the
number of guarantors as 615.
