RAILWAY BOOKING.
Until recently the reservation of seats on (lit; principal passenger trains was restricted to journeys of not less than 100 miles. This restriction lias now been removed, and passengers by those trains can reserve tlicir seats between any slopping stations irrespective of distance. In tho case, of tho Auckland-Wellington limited express trains a limited number of seats is usually available between Wellington and Palmerston North ard Auckland and Fr.mkton. These may now. he booked by passengers travelling between these points.
