LONDON WEDDINGS.

NEW ZEALAND BRIDEGROOMS. On October 3, at Holy Trinity, Sloanc Street, the marriage took place of the Rev. Alwyn K. Warren, assistant curate of Ashford, Kent, younger son of Major T. J. C. Warren, and the late Mrs. Warren, of Penlee, Te Aute, Hawke s Bay, to Dorcen Eda, only daughter of Captain and Mrs'. C, F. Laws, of Court Lodge, Great Chart, Kent. The ceremony was a choral one, and the officiating clergy were the Principal of Cuddcsdon, Bishop-designate of Wakefield, and the Rev. H. W. Blackburno, D.5.0., M.C., vicar of Ashford, Kent. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a period dress of ivory satin charmeuse. witli a gold and pearl girdle. Her Iruin of Brussels lace was lined with gold lame. Her head-dress was a high coronet of orange blossom with Brussels net veil. The, "bridal bouquet was of yellow roses and white heather. The four bridesmaids were Miss Marjorio James, Countess Tholma Metaxa (cousin of (he bride), Miss Mary Warren (sister of tho bridegroom). and Miss Mary James. lhey wore drosses with Ihree-<juarter length cents and scarves of geranium coloured georgette, hand embroidered with gold, their shoes and velvet picture hats being en suite. They carried shower bouquets of carnations of the same rich hue. Mr. H R. Bat hurst Norman was best man and the groomsmen were Lieutenant M. Cunningham, R.N., Mr. Geoffrey Ficnncs, and Mr. James Nelson. .
