AIRMAN'S DIVORCE SUIT
KINGSFORD SMITH'S PETITION GRANT OF DECREE NISI. (Received October '2O, 11.15 p.m.) SYDNEY. Oct. 26. Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith was to-day granted a decree nisi in a divorce suit against his wifo, who is living in Western Australia, on the ground of desertion.
