rooms in Devonport yesterday allernoon and 111 is was officially opened bv Mr. Alex Harris. Decorated with bright paper flowers and streamers the. stalls looked most attractive, the large variety of articles l>eing effectively arranged on each. A novel idea was the "pirate

stall." which contained a hidden treasure I and the Indies in charge of this were j dressed as pirates. The stallholders were | as follows:- -Spring stall, Mrs. R. Cle- ' land.
