WATERFRONT DISPUTE.
SECOND CALL FOR LABOUR. MEN INSTITUTE BOYCOTT. MELBOURNE, Oct. 25. The waterside workers and stevedores have decided to boycott the second daily call for labour prescribed by Mr. Justice Dethridge. There is also great objection to preference being given to volunteer workers.
