PETITION IN DIVORCE.
SUIT BY SIR MAX BONN. GRANT OF DECREE NISI. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. LONDON. Oct. 23. Following upon the failure of Lady Bonn in her petition for divorce, on the ground of the misconduct of her husband, Sir Max ,T. Bonn, he has obtained a decree nisi on the ground of his wife's misconduct with Mr. Arthur Marcus Hanbtirv. Petitioner's counsel announced the withdrawal of the charge of misconduct, which was denied, against Sir Roland Watorhouse; Private Secretary to the Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin. It was announced that Sir Max did not desire to seo his wife oppressed by a huge bill of costs, and that he was making an addition to the substantial income payable to her under her marriage settlement.
