TRAM TRAVELLING.
Sir, —On Saturday last, a small boy of fivo was, by the sudden starting of a tram, flung back from tho rear platform to tho road, before his guardian had a chance to get a footing in following him. Only his shock of hair and thick hat saved the little' head from injury. Should tho conductors not be on guard to prevent such risk of life ? O.ve Who Looks On.
