Dr. Blackinore, who is in charge of the tuberculosis institutions of tho Canterbury Hospital Board, reported to the board today there was a lad in the Coronation Hospital, a native of India, who was suffering from early tuberculosis. He recommended that the boy bo sent back to India. The board decided that tho matter should be referred to tho Health Department, so that arrangements might bo made for his passage. Tho board is prepared if necessary io contribute to tho cost of his passage, rather than hear the cost of maintaining him as a patient here.
