LONDON ARRANGEMENTS.
MARCH TO THE CENOTAPH. ! Received October 17, 5.25 p.m.) British V/ireles*. RUGBY. Oct. IB 'llie celebration of Armistice Day on November 11. which will fall this year on a Sunday, will follow the lines adopted in previous years. Representative detachments of the Navy, Army, Air Force, Mercantile Marine and ex-Servicemen's Associations will march to the Cenotaph in the morning. There they will form a hollow square. Shortly before 11 a.m. King George will deposit a 'wreath on the Cenotaph and wreaths will be laid on behalf of other members of the Royal Family, also ori behalf of tho British Government, the Dominions, India, tho colonies and the protectorates.
The customary two minutes' silence will be observed and a short service will follow. The public will be marshalled into columns and will move from Whitehall toward Westminster, so that they may deposit wreaths on the Cenotaph as they pass. Arrangements will be made for those who so desire to pass through Westminster Abbey before the grave of the Unknown Soldier. The ecclesiastical authorities have been asked to arrange that their church services shall be commenced at such an hour as may be convenient in order to ensure that there shall be in every church a pause in the service at 11 a.m.
