General Sir Alexander Godley will leave for Gibraltar on Friday to take up his duties as Governor. Sir Philip Chetwodc, who is duo to Telieve Lieutenant-General Skeen on October 29 as Chief of the General Staff at Delhi, will also leave London this week.
