A message from Prague, tho capital of Czccho-Slovakia, describes a tragic disaster. A seven-storeyed iron and concrete building which was being constructed in one of tho most frequented thoroughfares of the city collapsed yesterday afternoon. Of the 87 workmen who were engaged on tho structure 60 aro still missing. Also 20 pcoplo who wore passing at tho time arc believed to be beneath the ruins. It is feared that the final death roll will be heavy. Up to the present 12 dead and 16 seriously injured persons have been taken from tho debris.
