IMPROVEMENTS EFFECTED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 HAMILTON. Monday Improvements were carried out at Camp Fergusson, Oketc, yesterday by members of tho camp committee. A septic tank was constructed and 200 feet of drains were laid. Another working boo will l, e hold at a later date. 1
