SPECIAL SCHOOL COURSES. ATTENDANCE MADE COMPULSORY Australian L'ress Association—United Service CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 7. All (lio inhabitants of Angola, men, women and children, have been ordered to take special courses at extemporary schools in coffee houses, casinos and I laces of amusement, to learn the new Turkish alphabet. .The instructors aro Ministers, members of Parliament, and educational leaders. They arc superintended by Mustapha Ivemal, the President. Ono of three officers who were arrested at Broussa for disparaging tho new alphabet was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment. The other two wcro acquitted.
