SERIOUS CHARGES DENIED.
[BV TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 HAMILTON. Monday. Six charges of committing indecent assault on males were preferred against Frederick William Conford Goacher in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court. After evidence had been heard accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
