ARCTIC STEAMER SAFE. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. VANCOUVER. Oct. 5. A wireless mossago from Fort Smith, received, at Edmonton, Alberta, says the Arctic steamer Distributor, which was reported yesterday to be eight days overduo on a journey from the MacKenzie River <0 Fort Smith, has arrived safely. There are 70 persons on board. The dolay wasi caused by storms.
