FREIGHT ON WHALE OIL.
LOWER CHARGE WANTED. [DV TELEGRAPU.—OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 M ATA MAT A, Sunday. The Matamalu Chambor of Commerce has written to the Minister of Railways asking that the freight on whalo oil be reduced from class D to class E. It is staled that whalo oil is used by farmers solely for feeding stock, and therefore should not bo on the higher grade of charges.
