i export of stud rams. CORRIEDALES AND LINCOLNS. South America is continuing to look to New Zealand for quality stud stock. This year several lots have been shipped to the Argentine from the Dominion. Tlio latest shipment, 34 Covriedalo and Lincoln rams, was despatched a few days ago through the agency of Dalgety and Company, Limited, to the order of Messrs. Sidey and Pools, of Buenos Ayrcs. The consignment comprised tho following lots of rams:—Four Corricdalcs, bred by lUr. H. T. Little, of Canterbury; six brod by Mr. 0. T. Evans, of Canterbury; and six bred by Mr. Alox Cowie, also of Canterbury. There were also 10 Lincoins bred by Mr. G. V. Pearce, of Waitotara, and eight from Mr. E. T. Wilton, of the Wairarapa. Within tho past three or four months Dalgety and Company has sent other pedigreo and stud animals overseas. Austra-. lia places a high value on New Zealand's quality breeding stock. A short while ago a Hoistein bull which brought 95 guineas, the top price of tho Hobson_ lap ■ dispersal .sale, was shipped to Brisbane.
