Bishop Darnand will visit several places in I,he Dominion before leaving for Samoa. Sir William Glasgow, Minister'of Defence in the Australian Government, is a through passenger for Sydney by tlio Niagara, which will arrive from Vancouver this morning. He will be met by Sir R.
