NEW GOVERNMENT FORMED. MR. F. C. ALLARDYCE LEADER. Australian Press Association —United Service (Received August 37, 8.15 p.m.) ST. JOHNS. Aug. IG. The now Newfoundland Ministry with Mr. F. C. Allardycc as Prime Minister, took office to-day. The former Prime Minister, Mr. Walter Monroe, and the members of his Cabinet resigned ofhce. Mr. W. S. Monroe and his Government took office on June 9, 1924. It was stated recently that he had announced his intention of retiring before the general election in November.
