AUSTRALIAN MIGRANTS.
EUROPEAN INFLUX WELCOME WESTERN AUSTRALIAN FARMERS. PERTH, Aug. 17. A conference of primary producers passed a resolution in favour of the unrestricted immigration of Southern Europeans from whom rural labour could be recruited. The Western Australian Government recently decreed that money advanced to farmers should not bo used in employing foreigners.
