FRUIT PUNCH FOR PARTIES.
Ingredients: —One pint each of hot tea, ginger ale and soda water, a"-'- sugar, 2 or 3 oranges, 2 or 3 lemons, and a lump of icc. China tea is the best to use and it must be clear and freshly made. Put the sugar into a jug with a little thinly peeled orange and lemon rind. Pour the hot tea over them, cover and leave to infuse. When t-ho sugar is melted, add the juice of the oranges and lemons. Just before serving, strain this mixture over a lump of ice, and add the ginger ale and soda water. Garnish with .a few thin slices of orange or lemon and a sprig of mint.
A little grated pineapple and small pieces of other ripe fruit may also be added, and cider may be substituted for the aerated waters.
