An application by the Auckland Football Association to enter further teams in the Chatham Cup competition was refused on the grounds of being too late. The suspension of M. C. Kay (Thistle Club, Auckland) for two playing Saturdays was confirmed.

The Auckland Association is to be asked for a full report of the dispute with Thistle Club in the hope that it will be possible to effect a reconciliation.

The Nelson Association wrote that two footballs which it gave to the Nelson Boys' College last season had been returned by the principal, who said it was not practicable to have two codes of football in the college. Messrs. Varnev and Renai are to interview the director of education on the subject. The question of framing a uniform set of rules and regulations for all associations was left in the hands of Mr, B. L. Salmon to prepare a draft.
