STOCKTON MURDER.
RECOVERY OF GUN USED. ARRESTED MAN'S DISCLOSURE. SYDNEY, June IS. In connection with the murder of Richard Moxey at Stockton, near the scene of the wrecks of the steamers White Bay and Uralla, the two men arrested are Charles Jackson and James Dent, both aged 21. The former is charged with murder and the latter with inciting to murder. Dent was formerly a partner of Moxey's, but the partnership was dissolved owing to domestic differences. The police have obtained important statements. Jackson led them to a waterhole into which the gun with which Moxey was killed had been thrown.
