ANOTHER CRISIS ARISES. RESIGNATION OF MINISTER. ANTI-BRITISH PROPAGANDA. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received Juno 18, 8.'20 p.m.) CAIRO, June 18. The Egyptian Minister of Finance, one of tho Liberal members of the Cabinet, has resigned. The Prime Minister, Nahas Pasha, has cancelled his projected visit to Europe owing to an alleged Liberal plot to overthrow the constitution which the Wafd press alleges has been undertaken with Britain's connivance. Parliament will not be adjourned for the usual summer recess.
